Nurtec ODT (rimegepant) is a prescription medication used to treat acute migraine attacks (with or without aura) and prevent episodic migraines in adults. The 75 mg orally disintegrating tablet is taken as needed for attacks (max 1/day) or every other day for prevention, with or without water. Do not exceed 18 doses in 30 days
